I am a Colorado native and have actively enjoyed vigorous outdoor activities in our beautiful state since my youth. As a highly trained CPT-CSCS, I believe it is my responsibility to assist you in reaching your fitness goals, whatever they may be.
I’m a baby boomer myself and have first-hand knowledge of how fitness training leads to an active and healthy lifestyle. In addition to general strength and fitness training, I can develop a personalized program for you that focuses on areas such as pain-free mobility, increased muscle and bone density, balance and fall prevention, and functional flexibility.
I have coached a variety of sports in middle schools and high schools and have developed strength and conditioning programs for all types of young athletes. Using the Children’s Lifetime Physical Activity Model (C-LPAM), I can design a safe, effective and fun training program to help you reach your goals, from overall fitness and strength to flexibility and body composition.
