Achieving your fitness goals does not have to be boring. You do not have to spend hour after hour in a gym, mindlessly staring at a television, while pounding away on an elliptical machine. Together we can design a safe, effective and fun program that can be enjoyed and performed outdoors.

We are fortunate to live in colorful Colorado, where we enjoy over 300 days of sunshine every year. Boulder is located in a spectacularly beautiful setting, a setting that is perfect for outdoor training. We can set up a fitness training program utilizing  walking, hiking or running.
